Advanced Explorations Inc. Announces $1,800,000 Flow-Through Financing

TORONTO, Aug. 10 /CNW/ - Advanced Explorations Inc. (the "Company" or "AEI") is pleased to announce a private placement offering to accredited investors. Subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval the Company intends to raise up to $1,800,000 worth of flow through funds for a total of up to 10,000,000 flow-through units ("Units") at $0.18 per Unit (the "Offering").
