Gary Williams has practiced in the geoscience industry for 30 years, receiving an Hons. B.Sc. in Geology in 1977 and a M.Sc. in Hydrogeology in 1993. He has worked on a wide range of exploration and environmental projects during his career, including exploration and environmental investigations at a variety of sites both in Canada and overseas.
Gary held the position as Advanced Explorations’ president from September 2004 to June 2007, and was also Corporate Secretary and Acting CFO. He now focuses on his role as VP Environmental, as well as, being the Qualified Person for Advanced Explorations in Nunavut, location of the Roche Bay Project.
Being an active member of the geosciences community, Gary was involved in the Association of Geoscientists of Ontario Qualified Persons Task Force for the Environmental Geosciences, as well as, the Discipline Committee of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario from its inception to May 2008.
