Acting in a capacity as Corporate Secretary since December 2007, Joseph Chiummiento has brought his experience working closely with various management teams of public and private businesses.   As an Ontario lawyer he has been directly involved with a junior oil and gas exploration company, a titanium sponge producer and a gold/silver exploration company.  Currently, Joseph is involved in corporate governance, contract negotiations and liaising with various counsel on a legal matters of importance to Advanced Explorations Inc.

Joseph has helped coordinate various capital raises and financings in the resource sector in Canada and the U.S. He is a graduate of the University of Windsor Law School, member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, and practices in the area of business law.
