Louis Nagy was appointed Chief Financial Officer in December 2007. He is a chartered accountant with over 17 years of professional experience and holds a (Honours) Bachelor Degree of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.  

He has held several senior financial positions, CFO and VP Finance roles, in large to medium sized public and private companies, in the mining and exploration, consumer goods and high tech industries. He currently holds the position of CFO in two other junior mining companies listed on the TSX-V.
