LAND TENURE

The project lands originally optioned by Advanced Explorations Inc. from Roche Bay plc were made up of four mineral leases (lease numbers 2952, 2953, 2954, and 2955) on the east side of the Melville Peninsula.  These leases are in their second 21 year term, and are held in good standing through annual lease payments.  

In addition, Advanced Explorations Inc. staked seven mineral claims on the Roche Bay Peninsula (recorded in November 2007), and eight claims around the original mineral leases in September 2008. These eight claims were officially recorded with the Nunavut Mining Recorder in February 2009.  All claims have been added to the joint venture land package.
